Is your jewelry handmade, and what materials do you use?

Designs By Ceci jewelry is handcrafted in small batches, with limited-edition and one-of-a-kind designs that blend vintage dead stock with modern materials. Metals include plated metals, brass, gunmetal and stainless steel. Materials vary by design; contact Ceci if you have a question about a particular piece. Read more in Care & Info.

How should I care for my jewelry?

Remove jewelry before washing hands, showering or swimming. Keep it away from perfume, lotions, extreme heat and prolonged direct sunlight. Clean with a soft, dry cloth, never water or cleaning solution, and store in a cool, closed case. See Care & Info for the full care and storage guide.

How can I confirm a piece's dimensions or fit?

For help confirming measurements or fit before ordering, email cecipunchdesigns@gmail.com with the name or link of the piece you're considering.

When will my order ship?

Our current shipping policy states that orders ship within 1–6 days after ordering. This is the shipping-out window, not an arrival promise. Some items may be made to order. If you need a piece for a particular date, contact Ceci before ordering. See our Shipping policy for details.

Can you ship to my United States address?

Please email cecipunchdesigns@gmail.com to confirm shipping availability for your United States destination before ordering. Refer to our Shipping policy for current shipping information.

What is your return and refund policy?

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. Eligible items must be unworn or unused, with tags, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
